Coming up at 0800 GMT is a speech from European Central Bank Vice President Luis de Guindos

  • He’s at an event to mark the 20th anniversary of the euro

Following along at 1500 GMT will be ECB chief economist Philip Lane

  • to take part in a roundtable at event “For a New European Fiscal Framework”
